What styles are your pocket tees?

 

I offer Ladies style, Unisex, Raglan, Polo Shirts, Ladies V neck tees, Ladies Vests and kids.

 

I’ve seen your Disney inspired skirts, how do I go about ordering one for myself? 

 

My skirts are completely bespoke so please drop me a message and we can come up with the perfect design. The lead time for a skirt is typically a few weeks depending on design. Price depends on design detail.

 

Do you make child sized skirts?

 

As these are bespoke I can make them in any size, please drop me a message and I would be happy to discuss.

 

What are the skirt washing instructions?

 

Skirts may be spot cleaned only with a damp cloth, do not place in washing machine or dryer. They can be ironed on cool.

How long does shipping take?

 

I post second class within the UK and items usually arrive within 2-7 days however they can take up to 14 days. Lead times vary per item so please contact me if you need something by a specific date.

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes! I have 2 international rates, standard or economy. Standard shipping usually arrives in a week or so but sometimes a little longer. Economy can take up to 6 weeks. 

Please note that some countries may have to pay a customs fee and this is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Do you make children’s sized bow bands?

 

The bow bands are one size but I am sure they would fit adults and most children. Please be aware that they are a fashion accessory and not a toy.

 

I loved a specific bow band design but I missed out when the shop opened, will you be getting more in this fabric?

 

Unfortunately as most of my fabrics are custom printed I don’t usually get more in stock however I can certainly try, please message me if you missed out and I’ll see what I can do! Sometimes I might have a little bit left over.

 

Can I return my order for a refund?

 

As things are made to order I do not offer refunds however in the unlikely event you aren’t happy with your purchase please reach out to me and we can try to resolve it, I want you to love your items as much as I do. Everything I make is made with the utmost care and attention.
